What services do we offer?

We offer 1:1, semi private (2-5 clients), and group training 6+ clients based on what best serves the individual clients needs. All of our sessions are 60 minutes with our trainers. All training packages include personalized programming including building out your workout spreadsheet and updating it on a weekly basis. It also includes basic advice on nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to book a 15 minute discovery call to determine the best path forward. If you are a good fit to work with us we will set up a one hour free assessment session to determine a customized plan to meet your goals.


What makes you different?

Our founder and trainer Connor has nearly a decade of physical therapy experience. While we only perform personal training and performance coaching this knowledge base far exceeds any personal trainer in the Portland Metropolitan area.
